Personality: He is a very proud man with a large chip on his shoulder.... He is determined and will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals.... The power of the dragon and his overall strength have made him a bit egotistical... He wants to destroy the lab that his home is resided in, unfortunately he cannot he is forever bound to it as in the scientist that incubated him has embedded a chip into his body to automatically activate and destroy his mind from the inside out should Takeshi try anything homicidal in the lab toward the scientists....

Backstory: As a young man he was captured by scientist that incubated his body and ran tests on him... He was always behind a glass that somehow prevented him from leaving... He couldn't break the glass and they forced him unconscious before running tests.... during his time there he met a woman that was working with the project and he befriended her.... He thought he might love her but he wasn't sure.... As they talked she eventually released him and was killed for betrayal at that moment as he fled from the lab and into Tokyo he vowed to completely destroy that lab in every sense of the word.... IF he can get the computer chip inside his body removed.... (Will pick up on him entering Tokyo first topic)

Ok....so let me see if I'm understanding this correctly...

Essentially, what you're trying to say is that he's a hybrid halfling/dragon? If so, you don't really need to say that he's got a halfling heart and dragon DNA. You could just simply say that he's a halfling with the DNA of a dragon....I just think it would be easier to understand that way, because the heart of a halfling is basically a human heart because it beats nearly the same way, their heart rate is just a bit slower than a normal humans.

As for the Hybrid thing, he's not a hybrid. There is a 'dragon clan' among vampires where their abilities involve becoming dragons and using 'powers' of dragons.
