A day off and a jackass.... [P] Blindedelegance [P]

Hajime was having a good day so far Miyuki was gone and so were the twins and then Mia took off to go play in the park they were having some sort of ball game tonight he thought it was baseball but he didn't care she would cast spells and cheat her way to the top anyway..... He sighed to himself and put up all of his weapons and his er.... toys.... Miyuki was supposed to put them up and it seemed she forgot again.... That is a conversation he could do without repeating.....

He laid back on the couch for all of five minutes as he got ready to take his nap for the day when he hears the doorbell.... "Aw fuck what now?..... OI gimme a minute I'm coming..." He walked slowly to the door and opened it and to his surprise and frustration he sees an old friend standing there with his usual grin....

He stood there, lazily leaning against the door frame. "You suck at greeting people...especially at the door. Would have sucked if I had been my brother coming here to deliver some news..." he said lowly as he stared idly, unfeeling and uncaring at Hajime.

It was unusual to see Neikan out and about these days. For the most part, Neikan had become a man of few words, and even fewer appearances among others, even family or friends. If he appeared, it was usually for short intervals or because he had no other options. Today, however, was different. He had felt like getting out and actually moving. Normally, he felt sick or his body was aching, but today, for the first time in a while, his body felt pretty good and his mood, or lack there of, reflected that.

Dressed in his usual dark, skin tight, black leather jeans, and tattered black t-shirt with and eye logo, and plenty of chains and piercings, and tattoos, he was still a sight to behold. The most noticeable thing was his shaggy, now shoulder length white, fading to black, hair.

As he stood there, he waved his hand in front of Hajime's face, trying to bring him back down to earth, so to speak. "Hey, asshole! You going to invite me in, or you going to make me stand here looking pretty all day?!"

Hajimes eyebrow bounced a little bit in frustration how he loved it when this dickhead visited.... "Shouldn't you be curled up in your hole asshole?......" He waved his hand inside and then proceeded to lead him to the living room Hajime sat down and looked over at Neikan it had been a while since he had showed his face to Hajime it was actually nice to see him though he would never say so out loud.....

"Where have you been hiding these last couple of years?.... You didn't even come to see my children being born you bastard..... I should kick your ass!" He wondered what Neikan must be thinking to suddenly show up like this usually he didn't even come out of his room no matter the circumstance.... The last time Hajime seen him was the three nights he and Neikan went out and had a good time right after his release from the ice block but that was a different story....

Hajime stood up and spoke with a sigh.... "Thirsty or hungry? I'm gonna get something to drink..." It sounded kind of rude the way he said it but thats just the way they were with one another so he was sure Neikan would understand that it was no offense meant.... Hajime lit a ciggarette now that Miyuki wasn't home to kick his ass for it.... He shot a evil glare at Neikan as if daring him to tell her he smoked a little....

He snorted and waved Hajime's comments and taunts off as if they were mere gnats buzzing around him. "I'm not curled up because I'm not hurting today. Today is a good day, one that I very seldom have anymore, so excuse me if I felt like actually moving around for once..." he said as he plopped down on the couch and looked at him with mix-matched eyes.

Sighing, he closed his eyes. How to answer that question was something he always struggled with. The brother who stepped out, or fell out of the limelight and hid himself away in the castle, Neikan wasn't really a man who liked to speak about his personal sicknesses or his aches and pains, but when a friend asked, it was different. Finally, he opened his eyes and looked at Hajime and answered lowly and slowly, "Being as cursed as I am, my body has times where it won't even move, won't even let me move my hand to jerk off...but...there are days where I can move a little, and those days I usually spend feeding this curse of mine, or just feeding in general...my problems aren't really that big of a deal, but when I can't move, my only option is to stay out of everyone's way and stay locked away in my room...Had I felt like I do today, I would have been here long before now...I am a bastard...but...not by choice now...now, my body has decided what I do and when I do it..."

His explanation kind of sounded depressing, but it was true. With his illness having had progressed as much as it had, he has days where his body still aches and it cripples him, cripples him until it's satisfied. By then, he's already so beaten and battered, that moving is impossible, so he usually just curls up and sleeps.

But, sighing, he shook his head. "You know what happens when you ask me if I'm hungry or thirsty...and I doubt you want to be on the recieving end of that...since you have children, and you're not into guys...it's best to leave that question alone...I'll find something to sedate me in the mean time...of course, if you're going to offer blood, you know I don't drink human anymore..."

Hajime sighed as he listened to Neikan he knew of his disease and honestly he was just joking and Neikan had to know that it wasn't like Hajime had EVER been serious with the man.... Except when cussing him out but that was a different matter.... Hajime walked into the kitchen and came back with two drinks he handed the other one to Neikan and sat back down.... "Yeah yeah I know I know and you know that I never really drank human blood to begin with I drink an elixir that I make myself a blood substitute that resembles that of a vampires blood...." He took a swig of his elixir and smirked....

Hajime actually rather enjoyed Neikans company most of the time partly because they are so much alike.... "So dickweed tell me hows life in the castle screwing with Aoi?... It's been a while since I've been able to give him a hard time...." Hajime exhaled the smoke from the cigarette then flicked some ash into an ash tray.... He waited patiently for Neikan to answer and tilted his head back remembering the old days when Neikan and him would go out on the town and even occasionally go drinking together hell Neikan even went out on a hunt or two and watched Hajime fight well... Atleast enough to call him a pussy and get an argument started ruining the night for Hajime.... "Heh...."

Neikan closed his eyes and tossed the elixir back, drinking it all in one go before sitting the empty glass down on the table and sighing. Aoi's habit seemed to have rubbed off on him. "Screwing him is great...so is pissing him off....Of course, like Kira and Zero, they both spend more time worrying about me than they do getting upset with me these days...it's almost like I've truly become the younger brother now....perhaps even so far as to say that at times, it feels as if I've reverted back to being a small child in the care of my mother..." he said, his less serious beginning turning into that dark seriousness once again.

"Part of the reason I stay in my room is to avoid the worried stares and the sad looks they give me. I used to be someone completely different...and now, I'm the one who gets the sad looks and worried glances, while Aoi is the one excelling and basking in the glory of being king...For the most part, my life has become nothing but a shadow..."

Hajime got annoyed listening to Neikans shit.... He stood up and punched Neikan right in the jaw.... "Sounds like a bunch of shit to me last time I checked you were more of a confident asshole than what you are showing me now.... Who cares if your laid up in bed sick worrying your brothers?.... You can still be you and go out and do your own thing! But you choose to sit there writhing in pain for all eternity and whats worse you lay back and accept it!!.... Last time I checked you didn't really care about Aoi being king and being a shadow because you had your own life to live.... You have a good strong pair of legs so why don't you get up and use them? Quit feeling sorry for yourself!"

Hajime sat back down and put out his cig and then he looked up at the ceiling.... He was used to Neikan at this point.... They had been friends for years and he now knows that when in any kind of pains sure enough Neikans peckers gonna be at attention it was inevitable.... He sighed and waited for Neikans reply this makes the seventh or eigth time hajime had to knock some sense into him...

Neikan just closed his eyes and sighed. "I can lie to myself all I want, but the simple fact of the matter is, I'm slowly becoming nothing but a doll...Legs mean little when they've began to fail you...you tell me I can get up and move, but you're only on the outside looking in Haji..." he told him lowly, his body all too happy to respond to even that small amount of pain.

"I don't care if Aoi is king of vampires, or king of dicks...I love him, but at times, it gets tiring to know that while he should be focused on work, he's focused on trying to help soothe me and ease my pain. I hate feeling like I'm a burden to him, like I'm a helpless child who constantly needs his mother's attention. I'm not useless, and it gets tiring feeling like I am..." he said lowly, but sighed and snorted. Seriousness never lasted long when Neikan was in a good mood.

"And yet, it's all worth it as long as I get to have a raging boner like right now..."

Hajime sighed then sat down and looked over to Neikan.... "Oi.... I just mean that instead of feeling sorry for yourself try looking for a cure.... I'll dig my hands in a bit and have some of my friends dig up what they can find...." Hajime looked at him another moment then stomped down on his boner.... "Try putting this up jackass!! In case you didn't know staring at another mans boner is something I'd rather not do!...." He sat down and took another swig of the elixir and then went and filled up their glasses....

"Dude seriously though.... How is everybody?.... They don't come around often for multiple reasons... The only one I really see is Zero and honestly.... He's a pain in the ass most of the time...." He laughed knowing that if she were hear Miyuki would probably laugh at him and crack a joke or even call him an insensitive idiot..... Hajime did love her deeply but at the same token she made it a personal point to give him hell on a daily basis and when you could blow up a six story building with just a look it wasn't very hard....

"Man here lately it seems all the old faces have been coming around.... I've seen everyone except for Aoi now and honestly im seriously hoping I don't because the only thing he's gonna do is give me a lecture I wont listen too...." He laughed figuring Neikan would understand that all too well himself....

Neikan sighed and closed his eyes, his body reacted against his will and it left him with little options in places where he couldn't do a damn thing to fix things. Even though Hajime scolded him and tried to hurt him, all he did was make things worse. He had nearly let out a moan, but instead bit down and let it turn into a gasp when Hajime was so rough with him. Turning his head away, he opened his eyes and looked out the window, crossing his legs in an attempt to quash his desires. "It's not that I haven't been looking for a cure. It's just the simple fact that finding one may never happen. All the while, I slowly succumb more and more to my desires and can go less and less without any contact at all..." he told him lowly in an emotionless tone as he continued to stare out of the window.

Neikan sighed and closed his eyes again. "Aoi is the same as ever. Over caring and completely dedicated to his causes. The only thing that's changed about him is that he's harder to anger than he used to be. As for Zero...well, he's always been a bit difficult to handle. But he's a good kid...in his own ways he shows everyone just how much he cares about them. I could mention others, but the mere mention of their names, as you know, would make them come running. But I can tell you that they're just as crazy as ever and never going to change..." he told Hajime lowly as he opened his eyes and turned his head to look in the direction of the kitchen, knowing Hajime was able to hear his low, dark voice clearly.

"Regardless of wanting to see Aoi or not...you'll be seeing him soon...as well as the other old faces..." he said and turned his attention back to the window and looked out of it as he waited patiently.

Hajime looked over as he spoke then sighed.... "You should have told me a long time ago I would have been looking for a cure... The guild I belonged to has many people with varieties of talents one of them is bound to be able to help you...." Hajime lit and took another puff of a cigarette then tossed Neikan one doubting he would take it but what the fuck he figured why not.... "Oi Neikan.... Out of curiosity though I know they care for me I am an outsider the others what are they're thoughts about me some of them are not real fond of me due to my past..... Have I been accepted by them?..."

Hajime sighed usually he did not care all that much about how people thought about him but in his mind these men were his first real family..... He looked over at Neikan and laughed a little bit "Hey Neikan you remember when we first met? I put my pistol in your face and you got all serious and nervous..... Then I ended up almost castrating you because your brother got a little too ballsy for his own good...." Hajime laughed at the old memories of his first night surrounded by friends.... "Thanks to you I ended up in a concert and I ended up meeting the woman of my dreams.... Man I owe you more than I thought I did.... But then again it's not like I havent helped you do some shit..."

Hajime looked up at the ceiling and sighed thinking of all of the old memories before he became a vampire.... Being a vampeer he kind of missed it to some degree..... It was in a way what made him into the man he was today..... "Man you sure got me into a lot of trouble back then too...." Hajime didn't usually think about the past but for some reason today he was feeling nostalgic.....
