The power of a lost soul....

She stood there listening as her disciple Rosa staggered trying to explain that she recently kept getting intercepted by a white witch and her husband everywhere she seems to go.... All of her recent plans have failed and unluckily for Rosa her master did not tolerate such excuses.... She stood up and gently petted the Chimeras head and sighed to herself.... Here stands the one disciple she decided to take making excuses instead of taking responsibility for her own weakness.....

Her name is Semira Marise.... She has been in hiding for centuries.... She does many things in the shadows and for the most part is what most could say.... A master.... She is truly powerful.... "Enough of your excuses take responsibility for your failure...." Rosa simply dropped her head as Semira walked out of the cave where she had been hiding and the Chimera followed after her as if it was her dog....

Her staff glew brightly and she levitated onto the back of the Chemira and sighed as it took off into the air.... As the large solid black dragon flew through the sky she wondered who was this white witch that over powers her student so flawlessly?... Because Rosa was not weak....

He walked through town a book in his hand the wind playing with his white hair the wing pendant hanging in the open as he walked along. The splash of color the orange streak in his hair the only color. Long white hair blowing around his face. He was brushing up a Scion of Sorcery.

He looked up at the sky as the snow fell book in his hand protected by a spell to keep the snow from getting wet. He had no idea at all that trouble was coming. 'Orphen' sighed as he walked his white hair blowing in the breeze. "Why do I get the feeling........things are about to get crazier these days?" He mused to himself.

The chimera flew through the sky and let out a loud roar as she dropped off of it and into the crowd surprisingly blending in to her surroundings..... She was just curious for the most part what Tokyo was like she didn't come here for years and she wanted to see how the city and its citizens had changed in the years she had been away she sighed to herself.... This was not much different it hadn't changed much.... She looked around thinking to herself what she wanted to do.... She watched as the busy streets of Tokyo moved around her and a little girl walked strait into traffic....

Being maleficent toward most things... But she decided just this once to not let the poor girl die.... Her staff glew brightly as she let magical energy flow around her.... The magic flowed around her and she stopped the vehicle going toward the child in its tracks... "I swear it seems things have ot changed at all people still have no sense of their surroundings..."

Krylancelo while the woman stopped the car sighed and whispered under his breath catching the child in his arms before shaking his head. He looked at the child. "Don't wander into the street's it's dangerous." he said as he snapped the book shut in his hands. The child nodded between the car suddenly stopping and her sudden appearance in this man's arms she had been startled but then smiled. It was Krylancelo Aoi's son and that meant he was safe.

The child once sat down ran off. He looked over at the woman and nodded. "Thank you for your assistance." he said to her as he paused holding the spell tome in his hand although to normal mortal eyes it looked like a novel of some sort. There was something about this woman that felt dark.......but who was he to judge he just watched her save that child.

Semira turned her head and then looked at the young man as she let the magic disapear and the vehicle move on its merry way.... "No need to thank me.... I just don't like seeing needless deaths...." The wind blew as she turned her head and the wind caught it.... The wind flickered her hair wildly so much that it required her to move her hair behind her ear and she lightly giggled...... "This place has definitely changed in my time away...." She looked over at the man holding the book and moved elegantly weaving in and out of the oncoming vehicles and over to the other side of the street..... Her magic allowed her to move in such ways with ease.....

When she arrived at the other side the wind from another oncoming vehicle caused her skirt to move.... She pushed it down with the hand that held her lantern.... The lantern was actually a relic that held the captured souls of the past people she killed.... She uses them to feed her powers and to continue living beyond her years.... "I do not know this place well and did not wish to see blood spilled on the first night I am here.... I would rather just walk around and enjoy the sights..."

She looked at the man that held the book and tipped her head.... She did not know this man and didn't really care if she did.... She had been in hiding for quite some time.... Being hunted by reapers... Well.... That made one rather careful with other people.... Despite what she does she is actually a rather nice woman and a beautiful one at that.... She looked up at the Chimera flying overhead and sighed as her eyes turned a bright blue and turned the large creature invisible as to not gather too much attention to herself....

Krylancelo nodded as skilled as he was he wasn't a reaper so sensing the lost souls in the lantern was not something he could do. He did though glance back at the street and shrugged. "Many things change and many do not." he said lightly then looked back at her. "Regardless of your reasons thank you just the same."

He was trying oh good grief he was trying to be cordial and polite enough yelling and disappointed looks from his father was enough to get him to at least *try* to be nice when meeting people. Just as long as she didn't push his buttons he should be able to keep his mouth from getting the better of him. "Was there anywhere in particular you were trying to go?" He asked.

Semira looked over to the man and laughed before smiling.... "Not really just planning to walk around a bit.... Are you offering to walk with me?.... I am honored to have you offer...." She did indeed want to look around the city a bit it had been quite a long time since she was in a city.... Let alone on of this size... She walked up to the young man and smiled at him..... "If you don't mind I will take you up on your offer it as been a while since someone has made an attempt to be nice to me thank you..." Being a soul rending black witch often meant no one wanted to be in the same country as you let alone talk to you....

She looked at him a moment then smiled.... As teenagers on skateboards shot past them and more people began to walk around them as if they were in a hurry.... One man tried to be a bit grabby at the risk of his health.... She didn't mind him trying as she simply batted his hand away from her butt with her staff without turning around.... The man ran away and she sighed.... Yeah... Things definitely did not change in the last couple hundred years.... "It seems some things never change do they?..." This young one seemed to be putting on some sort of air to try and be kind though it wouldn't have bothered her if her were in a smartass kind of mood it would've simply entertained her....

Krylancelo looked at her and nodded as shifted. "I'll walk with you a bit." he said having no idea at all that this woman was Rosa's master........and boy did he not want to run into her any time soon. His magic was still sore having to keep that girl with him at the time in one piece and keep firing off spells it had been a while since he used some of them so.........that had been annoying at best.

He stepped down and began walking with her book tucked under his arm as they just seemed to let the randomness take them he really was in no hurry to end up anywhere. "No some things never change." he said in agreement. "Lead the way." he said not thinking she was going to lead him into a trap. Heck he was skilled enough even with a bit of magic fatigue to get out of it. Lucky for him though it didn't feel like that sort of thing.

Semira smiled at the man and tilted er head as she began walking.... As they went around the bend.... "Semira.... You can call me Semira...." She walked slowly watching the world flow around her.... This was nice it didn't bother her to live in peace for once though it would be short lived she assumed.... Semira was in the nature of having to fight constantly when your a soul render it often meant that not just reapers were your enemies.... Everyone was so to be walking down the street like this was a bit shocking to her.... "Anywhere you recommend?...." She looked over and seen a large staircase leading up to a shrine.... She hadn't been to one since she was young.....

She looked at the man and spoke softly.... "What are you reading?..... Out of curiosity?...." She started to grow curious since he seemed to take really good care of this book though she wasn't sure.... It could be a simple novel or something even more important either way she really didn't care all that much she had a book with her on the back of her chimera and that was the only book she needed anymore...

Krylancelo looked at her and smiled. "Semira." He repeated he was good with names so he wasn't likely going to forget hers anytime soon and walked with her. "Not really unfortunately I tend to be a bit of a recluse."

He looked down he had seen the Chimera although he thought nothing of it since it seemed to be a dragon which meant she was a magical being and well he could lie it would do him no good. "A spell tome" He answered although he was unwilling to give the name of the book since it was his and his alone. (and I honestly can't remember the name at the moment. lol ))

Semira smiled at him and nodded.... She figured it was something like that but didn't try to pry.... "I am familiar with spell tomes myself.... I have read a few I guess you could say....." She walked with him then as they came to a bench she sat down... The wind blew her hair and she sighed softly... She knew this was going to end and at one point this man would be yet another enemy some how some way.... She was beginning to grow tired of her lifestyle and often wished she would let go and allow herself to be captured and killed by the reapers but she refused to give in to the loneliness so easy....

She leaned her head back and stared at the sky thinking about what to say... She didn't often talk very much.... As no one was around she allowed the Chimera to come down to her side and she rested her hand against it's forehead.... "Good..... The nights cool breeze soothes my mind in such an uncomplicated way it seems.... And such a beautiful full moon...." The wind seemed to be blowing alot this night and it seemed she would soon have to be on her way....

Krylancelo nodded as she said that and then turned his hand as the tome disappeared since she read them there was no point carrying it when he didn't need to. "I have just....the one." He said shrugging it was all he needed any spell he needed was written in it's ever changing pages.

"The moon?" he asked and then glanced up fighting saying oh Kira must be in a good mood tonight. Since it would make hardly any sense to anyone who didn't know the moon deity.

"It is........it's been a while since it shone like that." He sighed and closed his eyes at least tonight there was nothing no fighting nothing to get distracted about although he did glance over at the Chimera able to see through the magic vale that kept many from looking at it.

Semira was silent and then sighed softly.... To most that looked at her they saw a beautiful woman that wouldn't harm even a fly.... To those who knew her she was the most dangerous kind of woman.... "It's sad that a person cannot simply enjoy a night like this in these day in times...." She caught the mans glance and smiled softly... "This is the only I guess you could say friend I have though he's more my protector then anything.... He's harmless unless I am threatened..." She rubbed his forehead as the large creature got comfortable on the ground....

She looked over at him the man seemed to be in a world of his own.... Once he spotted the moon it seemed as if something was going through his head... "You ok?.... You seem distant suddenly...."

Krylancelo looked at her and smiled. "True although some times it's the unexpected moment's of peace that mean the most." he said lightly then sighed and looked up at the moon again.

"No....just worried my step-father hasn't been himself lately the moon reminds me of him it's bright gentle light." He said lightly looking at it then back at her.

"Harmless huh? He looks like a small dragon." He said but it was clear by his tone that dragon's didn't bother him.

Semira smiled softly then looked up at the man and tilted her head.... "His body may be small but his heart and power are far beyond that of your average dragon in some ways yet in some other ways he is much weaker my little pet here is a little difficult to explain and perhaps that is a story better left untold...." She smiled at him then got on her knees beside the beast and leaned against him....

She kind of wandered what his reaction would be if she told him the truth about the dragon she lay against the fact that he actually is made up of the souls and body parts of other magical creatures.... Most would find her rather dangerous once that story has been told but she wondered if that even mattered..... "I apologize to hear something like that is a bit unsettling I do hope your step father will be ok..."
